Business information point

The recently-created industry, tourism and business department has assumed most of the duties of the former economic activities department and encompasses the departments of industry, tourism and business.
The main objective of the department is to provide the maximum information and services to the more than 600 local companies located in the industrial estate and the different towns of the municipality. The Business Information Point was created to establish a permanent link between the Marratxí Town Hall and the local companies. It offers the following services:

*Information service for enterprising people:

Information on the business reality and perspectives at a local level.
o Assessment for the development of a business idea and plan.
o Information on aid and subventions and financing research.
o Liaison with other entities to process and establish the company.

*Assessment service for already established companies:

o Information on aid and subventions.
o Help with the processing of subvention application.


*Information on the following subjects:

o All the services offered by the Marratxí Town Hall.
o Business consolidation plans and programmes.
o Business training.
The department not only offers a permanent service for companies but it also tries to implement functional initiatives for all the sectors related to industry, tourism and trade.
